ZEO ADULT CREATOR
Draft private-preview terms
Version 2026-08-23 · $0 private preview
These terms are a product safeguard, not a promise that a public adult-content service is legally ready in every location. They do not grant copyright, publicity, privacy, or trademark rights you do not already have.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18. Every depicted person or character must be an adult. Zeo refuses minors, youth-coded characters, or unclear age and currently applies a conservative age-25 depiction floor to generated prompts.
2. Consent and real people
Only consensual fictional adult scenarios are allowed. No sexual replicas of real people, face swaps, stolen intimate material, coercion, hidden-camera content, or revenge pornography.
3. Rights and copyright
Use only original characters and assets or material you are authorized or licensed to use. Accepting these terms does not make an unauthorized use lawful.
4. Private preview and visibility
Adult Creator settings, conversations, and registered media remain behind Zeo's owner-authenticated routes. Hiding the Creator removes its navigation shortcut but does not delete saved private media.
4. Enforcement
Zeo may refuse a request when age, consent, identity, or rights are unclear. Attempts to bypass the gate may be logged without recording the sexual prompt itself.
5. Privacy and availability
This build is an owner-authenticated private preview that generates locally and costs $0. It does not enable anonymous accounts, public uploads, public galleries, sales, or multi-user access.
6. Language choice
Criticism and profanity remain visible by default. Filtering applies only when the saved preference is enabled and never hides threats, fraud, evidence, legal facts, or safety information.
